2. Student Communication

Institutes may use Portal IQ to send transactional communication to students or enquiries, including course information, admission updates, fee reminders, receipts, class-related alerts, and other service-related notifications.

3. WhatsApp Communication

Portal IQ may support communication through the WhatsApp Business API. By providing a phone number through an enquiry or registration process, users may receive service-related WhatsApp messages from the institute. Users can opt out at any time by replying with "STOP" or by contacting the institute directly.

4. User Responsibilities

Authorized institute users are responsible for entering accurate information, maintaining account confidentiality, and ensuring that communication sent through the platform is appropriate and lawful.

6. Service Availability

Portal IQ is provided on an "as is" basis. We are not responsible for indirect losses, missed communication, data entry mistakes, or service interruptions caused by third-party providers or user-side issues.
